A life in Progress

Hi, I’m Onyedika—a curious soul with a deep appreciation for style, travel, photography, and the stories that shape who we become. I believe every experience, whether joyful or challenging, leaves something valuable behind, and this journal is my way of capturing those moments as honestly as I can. Here, you’ll find reflections on personal growth, everyday adventures, timeless style, grooming, faith, and the places that inspire me. Some stories celebrate milestones, while others explore uncertainty, change, and the lessons that come from embracing life’s unexpected turns. Through words and photographs, I hope to document not just where I’ve been, but how each experience has shaped the person I’m becoming. This is a space built on curiosity, intention, and authenticity—a place where meaningful conversations begin and growth is celebrated, one chapter at a time. If any part of my journey resonates with you, I’m glad you’re here. Welcome, and thank you for being part of the story as it continues to unfold.

As a fashion guy, I’ve always loved to take photos so I woke up one day and purchased an expensive camera because I felt I could do better with my picture quality even though new camera was not the solution. And while on the journey of trying to figure out my camera, I thought of where and how to showcase my photos. While Ig, fb and all are there, I wanted something that I have a 100% control over so I decided to create a website with zero knowledge of it.

This blog is more than a website, it’s my prototype, with a lot of imperfections. It’s my place of learning, practice, mistakes. Every new page comes with its own lessons, growth and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

It hasn’t been the easiest journey nor will I consider the whole decision the best I’ve made. But there’s this fulfilment and self satisfaction I have whenever I figure things out especially, the technical ones.

Also it is important to know that you can do whatever you want to do at any point of your life. I’d rather try and fail than live with the thought of what would have been if I had tried. So to anyone reading this I hope this motivates you to try that thing out and also do it scared because comfort is relative.
